C/C++ MFC Programmer Position near Chicago, Illinois - MIS

MFC Programmer

Position Requirements:
• Solid experience in Visual C++ and MFC
• Object oriented programming.
• Experience with relation database programming (ODBC, Access, SQL Server)
• Good communication skills

Additional Preferable (but not required) Skills:
• Experience with digital cameras and imaging.
• Unit Testing.
• Installshield.

Job Functions Include (but are not limited to):
• Responsible for development of functions and features of the PAX-it software.
• Development of additional modules for PAX-it.
• Manual testing and developing unit tests for PAX-it/PAXcam
• Additional development of future PAXcam interfaces.
• Technical Support or PAX-it over the phone and web.
• Other functions as needed.

Work Hours:
• 8 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday.
• Hours vary as needed to complete projects in deadline situations.

PAX-it is continually being updated, developed and custom modified to customer requests. This will include a wide range of changes from user interface to database applications to hardware interfaces to custom workflows. We are looking for someone who has a minimum of one year of work experience. Salary will depend on experience. Benefits include health and dental insurance, 401K and vacation time.
