PAX-it Image Management and Image Analysis software is a powerful, comprehensive solution developed to address your special imaging needs. If you capture digital images, or produce digital files and documents, our experience is that you want to do something with them! What would you like to accomplish with your images?
PAX-it is the answer to those needs, the perfect tool for managing all of your digital images and files! Rather than trying to organize thousands of files in Windows folders with elaborate naming schemes, you can use PAX-it’s user-friendly, fully-integrated digital database structure to archive, search, process, measure and analyze, all within one application. There is no need to copy, paste, open multiple applications, or import. PAX-it streamlines the process and improves your workflow dramatically, leading to increased productivity, better collaboration, reduced opportunity for human error, and producing the exact results you desire.
PAX-it is also an integral part of the PAXcam USB2 Digital Microscope Camera system, used on microscopes and macrostands. PAXcam high-resolution images are captured directly into the PAX-it database with the click of a button. PAXcam and PAX-it are used in most of the Fortune 1000 organizations in applications such as:

PAX-it is a modular software solution that offers you the features that you need today, and the ability to add functionality as your needs grow and change tomorrow.
PAX-it modules include:
PAX-it Image Database: Easy-to-use and searchable digital archive. Annotation, report generation, image stitching, and image fusion tools are included. Digital images and files are organized in familiar project cabinet and folder format, and searchable database fields, text files and annotations are applied to each asset.
Basic Measurement: Perform manual point-to-point measurements (lines, circles, ellipses, angles, arcs, parallel lines, boxes, grids), and fixed area calculations on captured or imported images.
Image Analysis: Conduct user-defined area fractioning, object detection and distribution based on color, grayscale, size or shape factors, on captured or imported images. Analysis routines include particle and cell counting, porosity, nodularity, plating / coating thickness, grainsizing, ferrite/pearlite, and flake size classification.
Live Measurement: Perform Basic Measurement functions on a live PAXcam preview, without the need to capture images. Measurement data can be exported to spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.
Network Licensing: Share the PAX-it Image Database and all of its features with multiple users across your network.
Automated Stage Control: Control automated Prior microscope stages for repeatable, user-created, “hands free” analyses, reproducible positioning for inspections, and tiling of large image views.
Scripting: Create detailed, scripted routines to customize your workflow, allow for “one-button” operation of complex analyses.
PAXcam Live Video Streaming: Stream the PAXcam preview across your local network or the Internet for realtime viewing and consultation in other locations.
Extended Security: Increased user permission controls, electronic digital signatures and validation, and logging of audit trails. Tools for 21CFR Part 11 compliance.
Custom Modifications: Our software developers can tailor the standard PAX-it product to meet your unique specifications and requirements, or we can create new analyses and applications according to your specifications.
