Measurement Tolerance Indicator |
The PAX-it Measurement Module allows you to configure measurement tolerance specifications for
your measurements. Do you continually measure different parts and
need to report if items are within spec? Do the specs change from
part to part or from measurement to measurement? Would you like
to be able to save all of your tolerance specifications so that
they are automatically applied to your measurement data? PAX-it
is the solution!
Through an easy-to-use
interface, PAX-it will allow you to set up measurement tolerance
specifications for different parts, different clients, and different
measurements on a part—make it as specific as you need. Measurements
within the tolerance range will be highlighted in green and measurements
outside the range will be highlighted in red as they are instantly
displayed in the on-screen Results table.
PAX-it will
alert a user or operator as they make a measurement that is outside
of the tolerance specifications, quickly calling attention to a
potential problem or error. Your operator will no longer be forced
to remember different specifications or look them up in a reference
manual.
For welding applications, automatically
configure the software to automatically alert you if the penetration
is outside the desired tolerance specifications. When using PAX-it's plating thickness analysis, the
software can warn you if a sample slice is too small. Whatever your
application, PAX-it can assist you in generating quick measurement
results that are tailored to your particular needs.
If
your part specifications change over time, no problem! PAX-it allows
you to establish multiple specifications for one part based on certain
date ranges. This allows you to easily review parts that were archived
in the past, while being able to apply new specs to the same parts
for current and future measurements.
