Overview of Automated Image Analysis System
Imagine placing the sample on the scope, pressing a button on the toolbar to start a script, and walking away. The stage will move, focus the sample, grab the image, and then move again to repeat the process until the required number of images is captured. The software then continues by analyzing each image according to the parameters that have been previously established. There is no more need to manually capture and analyze each and every image.
By using the PAX-it! Image Analysis software, you may use the wizard to create a saved analysis routine and then add that saved routine to your automated process.
The PAX-it! Motorized Microscope Stage Module can capture images at each field of view, save them and automatically perform the analysis on them. The results can then be automatically put into a report for you. All without any human intervention.
